Nyali parliamentary aspirant Said Abdalla, popularly known as Saido, has urged residents of the constituency to take advantage of voter registration and ensure they are registered ahead of the 2027 General Election.

Saido has been conducting meetings and mobilisation activities across different parts of Nyali, where he has been emphasising the importance of residents exercising their democratic right by registering as voters early.

The 2027 General Election is scheduled for August 10, 2027, according to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

Beyond voter registration, Saido has also extended financial support to small-scale traders in Nyali, handing out cheques worth a combined KSh300,000.

He said the support was intended to help the beneficiaries strengthen their business capital, expand their operations and improve their livelihoods.

The beneficiaries are expected to use the funds to sustain and grow their businesses, generate income and meet the needs of their families.

Saido’s outreach comes as political activity begins to intensify ahead of the 2027 elections, with aspirants increasingly engaging residents through grassroots meetings and community initiatives.
