The Information and Communications Technology Authority (ICT Authority) and the Kenya Film Commission (KFC) have announced a joint recruitment drive offering a total of nine job vacancies aimed at strengthening operations and boosting growth in the digital and creative sectors.
The two state agencies said the vacancies are intended to reinforce organizational operations and enhance service delivery within their respective mandates.
The ICT Authority is tasked with driving government digital infrastructure and ICT development, while the Kenya Film Commission promotes the growth of the film industry and supports Kenya’s creative sector.
In the announcement, the agencies invited suitably qualified, visionary and innovative professionals to apply for both permanent and contract-based positions across various roles.
The recruitment exercise is expected to attract candidates with expertise in information technology, digital transformation, media production, and creative industry management.
Officials said the process will be conducted transparently and on merit, with only shortlisted candidates being contacted for the next stages of selection.
The agencies added that the recruitment forms part of broader efforts to strengthen institutional capacity while supporting growth in Kenya’s digital economy and creative industries.
Application details and job specifications are expected to be released through official communication channels of the respective agencies.
The move is likely to attract interest from professionals seeking opportunities in government institutions, particularly within ICT and the creative sector.
