The result quickly became the talk of the town, as fans reacted to the shocking elimination of one of Kenya’s most successful football clubs.
Gor Mahia came into the match as overwhelming favorites, but BB Bread FC displayed remarkable discipline and determination throughout the game. Their solitary goal proved enough to silence the K’Ogalo supporters and seal a famous cup upset.

Kariobangi Sharks F.C. also cruised through comfortably after a 4-0 victory over KU Hardnuts, while Kakamega Homeboyz F.C. defeated Kipchimchim 3-0 to secure their place in the next round.

Chebaiywa Lions also impressed with a 2-0 victory over Gucha Youth, while Kuta Collections secured a narrow 1-0 win against KSG Ogopa to advance.
The Round of 32 results highlight the magic of the cup competition, where underdogs often rise to the occasion and giants can fall unexpectedly. With Gor Mahia now out of the competition, the race for the Mozzart Bet Cup title becomes even more open as teams prepare for the next stage.
Football fans will now be eagerly waiting for the Round of 16 draw, which promises more thrilling encounters as clubs battle for domestic cup glory.
